Support on Demand
Our support on demand service will give you access to a wide range of IT experience & expertise from our internal resource pool. Our specialists are available on call to spring into action whenever something goes wrong or may be deployed on a planned basis. We conduct an annual health check on your IT infrastructure to ensure that it is up-to-date and to advice you on desirable upgrades or potential problems. This health check will enable our consultants to keep up to date with regard to your environment, enabling them to assist you quickly should a serious event occurs We provide this service on a fixed, hourly rate.
Remote Support
We monitor and guard over your IT environment from our offices in Amstelveen, through a safe Internet or VPN connection, using advanced network and database monitoring software. Problems are dealt with as soon as they are reported or discovered. The need to replace, upgrade or expand hardware and software is reported to you in a timely manner and installed after your approval. We monitor server capacity, disk and memory capacity, switches and routers, databases, backups, virus-scanner and firewall. We provide this service on a fixed monitoring subscription fee and a fixed hourly rate for follow-up work.
