Service management for Microsoft environments

Algemeen-BWe offer sizable service management solutions for all type of organizations. Every variety is possible depending on what tasks you want to outsource. We offer two different types of services. Remote Support and On demand Support. Especially for the SME market.

Remote Support

This service is based on remote monitoring and maintenance on your IT environment by our staff at Amstelveen. For monitoring and measurement we use Nagios. With Nagios we measure availability and events, and we receive alerts when something goes wrong. Our support team daily analyses the Nagios output to see If proactive measures need to be made to prevent loss of service. Our support team will react directly on any alerts and will restore ICT services as soon as possible.

Our remote support service consists of the following components: usage of the monitoring tool, remote monitoring, up to 7 x 24 hours, helpdesk up to 5 x 10 hours, reporting, analysis and advice on capacity, availability and performance, Recovery of IT services, Configuration management, Workplace management, Systems management.

The service will be laid down in a Service Level Agreement and be invoiced as a fixed monthly fee.

On demand Support

Smaller organisations often have limited access to IT expertise. This leads to challenges
when it comes to guaranteeing continuity in cases of illness, holidays or whenever special
projects need to be undertaken. We offer two simple solutions to ensure continuity and
peace-of-mind, tailored to your specific needs.

  • Variable support: if there is a problem you can´t resolve yourself you call us
  • Fixed support: at fixed times an IT-expert comes on site to carry out whatever
    support activities were agreed and you call us if a problem occurs in the time
    between two visits.

Both solutions are supported by a user-friendly help-desk system that enables you to
report problems and ask questions, and also allows you to follow the status of each
‘ticket’. Our On demand support services will give you access to a wide range of IT
experience and expertise from our internal resource pool.
We also conduct an annual health check on your IT infrastructure to ensure that it is
up-to-date and advice you on desirable upgrades or potential problems
