Performance Health Check
Our Performance Doctor conducts a health check with the Foglight products of our partner Quest Software. By measuring the bottlenecks in the infrastructure (application, database, OS, network) at a transaction level we collect all relevant data. The Performance Doctor analyses this health check data and develops recommendations for technical solutions to resolve the problems found. We provide this service on a no cure – no pay basis: all you pay for is the rental of the software.
Conducting a Performance Health Check requires the installation and configuration of a Foglight Management Server and installation of software agents on the test and/or production servers. The average effort for this type of project is 2 to 3 days over a period of 1 to 2 weeks.
Performance Optimizing
Based on the analysis of the health check data we can undertake a thorough root cause analysis and implement structural solutions to remove the cause of performance problems, prevent these problems from recurring and to optimize the entire IT environment. This
optimization can be achieved at an organizational level (i.e. on the basis of ITIL or ISO 20000)
as well as at the infrastructure level.
