The Rendeck Performance Doctor is often called in to help resolve conflicts between software suppliers and their customers. With Foglight we can show if a problem is a network, database or software application problem.

To enable the Rendeck Performance Doctor to prescribe a cure, it is necessary to configure a Foglight Management Server and to install agents on the test or production servers. The average effort for such a project is two to three days, with an elapsed time of two weeks.
