Nearly all of us at Rendeck Different IT have worked as consultants in the past and have had less than positive experiences with agencies. This varies from ‘pie in the sky’ promises to outright fraudulent behaviour to a complete lack of knowledge of our business: an inability to properly assess your market value and the relevance to the customer’s requirements.
This will not happen at Rendeck Different IT. We do not use fictional job descriptions simply to add your profile to our database. The information you send us will never be passed to other parties without your express permission. We thoroughly understand the consequences of inappropriate or incorrect advice in relation to a specific need, job description or customer requirement. We guarantee that you will receive all necessary information about a particular requirement. This will then enable us to make a joint assessment on the specific role involved. In this manner we can safeguard both our mutual interests.
Rendeck Different IT has a unique approach to contracting, based on the ethical partnership between us, our consultants and our client. We believe that by building open and honest relationships without limitations we create an atmosphere where everybody can speak his or her mind.
We take great care in communicating with our candidates to ensure they are always fully aware of what’s happening with their profile and personal information. Under no circumstance will we alter or re-write your Curriculum Vitae to increase the chances
of a ‘match’. We guarantee that the information you receive from us is correct and that we
will only forward personal information – including CVs – with your expressed prior
approval.
Attractive conditions
Many of you have recently been asked to take pay cuts. In some instances this has been
as high as 20%, but who is really losing out? Rendeck Different IT has a totally different
approach to this situation and in all aspects of our transactions we promise that we will
inform you of the rate that we charge our clients. We no longer charge a percentage
but a basic flat fee based on your rate, therefore reducing our margin. Therefore our
fees to our clients are also considerably lower than those of our competitors. We believe
the rates will change and it is paramount that the rate of the consultant should be kept
as high as possible. This works two ways; should the rates go up, then you will still have
a market-conform rate. Clients are slowly realizing that the agency fee is not at all in sync
with what the consultant actually receives. By using our method, you will always be
assured that you are receiving the maximum rate possible.
We have a unique policy with regard to Self employed consultants (ZZP'ers) as we
guarantee payment of 70% of your invoice within 3 - 8 working days. The other 30%
will be paid as soon as we receive payment from your / our client. We charge a minimal
administration fee and have an insurance policy guaranteeing payment. This actually
means that should your / our client be unable to meet their requirements due to either
bankruptcy or closure that you will still receive your payment in full. For more information

Rendeck Different IT has partnered with Dutch Pal with regard to payrolling consultants
and clients ensuring that all fiscal and social payments comply with strict Compliancy
Regulations required by Dutch law. Dutch Pal is a member of the IND and Expat centre
and also help with finding accommodation for consultants who come from abroad. Dutch
Pal also guarantees payment on receipt of a signed time sheet within 3 working days.
