Quality Statement
“Rendeck will provide her customers with services that conform to mutually agreed-upon requirements. Rendeck will define, measure, and monitor objectives to ensure that they are met and lead to continuous improvement.”

Quality is very important to us: we are ISO 9001 certified since 1992, in the early '90s we have been working on a European level in developing the ground rules for ISO 24570 (function point analysis for IT projects) and now we joined the NEN work committee NC 38 for developing the rules for Cloud Computing ( 'Distributed Application Platforms and Services'). 

Integral quality management
Our service approach is based on the procedures we laid down in our Quality Management System. The implementation of this Quality Management System is ISO 9001:2008 certified. Rendeck was one of the first ICT organizations to gain this certificate in the Netherlands.

Our strive for quality is also integrated in our company policy. This policy distinguished itself by:

  • quality before maximizing profits
  • certification of knowledge and experience

Service Quality Assessments (SQA)
On a regular basis (every 6 - 12 months) we investigate whether our services still meet
the criteria of our clients This is done to improve our services, but also to verify if 
expectations have been shifting over time.

Assignment Quality Assessments (AQA)
The AQA is our most important tool to verify whether our staff on secondments (still) 
meet the expectations of our customers. We conduct a AQA shortly after the start of an
assignment and then very 3 - 6 months.
